Each member will acquire the ability to do for others the very thing they need most – ‘become validated’.
 
Our website will be continuously providing positive and motivating statements, which are submitted by Validation Motivators from all over the world. Sign on to Need Validation and check on new additions. You will find your favorites. Please let us know the ones you like most or help you the most.

All Validation Motivators receive an opportunity to show others that you are the type of company/and/or person to ‘never give up’ or ‘see it to the end’. Each day the positive statements will also be sent out via our Twitter account at http://www.twitter.needvalidation.com. Your name, website address and email address with be placed up with your statements unless you tell us to do otherwise.
 
Sponsors are companies that would like to work with us and provide Need Validation products such as t-shirts, tennis shoes, decals, caps, power bracelets, etc. We are always open to new ideas. NV Members will become empowered by someone taking the time to listen to them talk about or to listen to them read things they have written that maybe no one has ever seen before.

After being validated, the new NV member will then 'pass-it-on' or 'pay-it-forward' by volunteering to motivate or validate another brand new member. Members will be given a name of a person, one-at-a-time (first name only). All we ask is that you take the time to listen to and/or read something from that person (an email, written note, etc.). With each person that YOU, the new NV member, actually takes the time to listen to – your uniqueness will grow as will the "Need Validation" Association.

As the circle grows with each new validation, WE ALL - together - as a circle of empowerment and uniqueness, will forge a new direction of hope, strength and longevity. A new direction for society as a whole will be born. It is our belief that ALL NV members will have a new and much healthier life. Your family, friends and co-workers will see you change. They will see you smile more and laugh and become even more sincere. As a listener to others, little by little, others will witness the world becoming a better place to live. Being validated will help you to survive and conquer daily situations. Many people will no longer be alone in their own thoughts; and, many will no longer feel as though there is no way out. NV believes the way out is to strive to become a person who validates others in a concerted purposeful way. Future twists and turns you conquer will not have to be done alone. Instead, everyone's path will converge.
